What to include
Playback or validation issue
Include the stream URL if it is public, the browser name, whether the CORS proxy was enabled, and the visible error message.
Conversion issue
Include the input type, approximate file size or playlist length, the browser, and the step where the export failed.
Privacy or legal request
Use a clear subject line and include enough context for us to identify the page, request, or notice you are referring to.
Before sending private stream links
If a stream is private, internal, signed, or time-limited, send a description of the failure first. Do not send credentials, cookies, license keys, or account secrets.
