Use of the service
M3U8 Player provides browser-based tools for playback, testing, validation, conversion, embedding, and playlist management. The service is provided for lawful, authorized, and non-abusive use.
Your responsibility for streams
You are responsible for the URLs, files, playlists, headers, and media you load into the tools. Only use streams and files that you own, control, or are otherwise permitted to access.
Prohibited use
No unauthorized access
Do not use the tools to access, copy, download, or redistribute content without permission.
No DRM or paywall bypass
The tools do not bypass Widevine, FairPlay, PlayReady, license servers, paywalls, or other access controls.
No abuse
Do not overload the site, proxy, origin servers, or third-party infrastructure, and do not use the service for unlawful activity.
Third-party services
The site may rely on browser APIs, Cloudflare hosting, an optional CORS proxy, CDN-hosted libraries, and third-party stream origins you choose to load. Those services may have their own terms and policies.
No warranty
The service is provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee that every stream will play, every conversion will finish, or every result will be error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, M3U8 Player is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, media, profits, or access.

We may update the tools or these terms over time. The updated date on this page shows the latest revision.
